Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Chiestra Racehorse Business Private Limited (RBC), we aim to provide fair and transparent services to all our customers. Since CHIE is a customized business assessment and consulting intelligence service, the following policy applies:

• Cancellation requests will be considered only if the assessment process has not been started by RBC and no customer information has been submitted for analysis.
• Once the customer initiates the KYB process, submits any form, uploads documents, provides business information, or starts the assessment process, no cancellation or refund will be permitted.
• CHIE provides customized assessment reports prepared specifically for each customer. As significant research, analysis, and processing begin after data submission, such services are non-refundable.
• If multiple assessment orders are purchased, only the unused assessments for which no KYB or data submission has been initiated may be considered for refund after review by RBC.
• The quality, depth, and findings of each report may vary from customer to customer based on factors such as data provided by the customer, availability of market information, third-party sources, sector complexity, and business maturity. Report-to-report comparison shall not be a valid reason for refund.
• CHIE may use information from public databases, trusted research sources, AI models, LLMs, government records, and third-party providers. Variations, updates, omissions, or inaccuracies originating from such sources shall not qualify for cancellation or refund.
• Refunds shall not be provided due to disagreement with the findings, scores, observations, recommendations, risk ratings, or conclusions contained in the assessment report.
• RBC reserves the right to review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund shall be processed within 7-15 working days. The final decision regarding cancellation and refund shall remain solely with Chiestra Racehorse Business Private Limited.
