Cancellation & Refund Policy

CHIESTRA RACEHORSE BUSINESS PRIVATE LIMITED follows an RBI-compliant, founder-first refund posture. Please read the guardrails below before raising a request.

  • Cancellation requests are accepted only immediately after placing the order; requests may be declined once vendor fulfilment starts.
  • Perishable items are non-cancellable; refund/replacement only if quality issues are proven.
  • Damaged/defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt; investigation is required before action.
  • Mismatch from listing/expectation must be raised within 7 days; resolution follows merchant determination.
  • Manufacturer-warranty items should be routed to the OEM first.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 9–15 days to the original payment method.

All refund / cancellation reviews are logged in our Audit Ledger and PaymentAudit tables for traceability. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method only.
